I decided to do smoked brisket for the first time, and my dad kindly offered to reimburse me for the meat because he's going to benefit from me making this. He then got sticker shock because he didn't actually know how big a brisket was. He then asked me to prepare an unseasoned chicken for my mom.

Oh yeah, I bought myself my first luxury watch. The Grand Seiko SBGA029.
The best part about it is that the only people who recognize it for what it is are other watch nerds. All anyone else sees is "just another Seiko diver."
And yeah, I dive with it.

My watch photography hasn't gone anywhere. In fact, I'd say it's better now than ever, and I dont have my light box anymore, so I have to improvise on shots and lighting.
