Kisaki’s personal moments with Sensei as well were very 😳. Like that scene in her quarters after she recovered from an attack by her illness. That time in the Black Tortoise secret hideout too was 😳😳. These writers knew what they were doing man. It’s funny how she contrasts Hina’s moments a bit.

The second time around was really cool with her newfound determination, and being able to be the ideal leader that Kaguya was looking for. The way she was able counter all of Kaguya’s points and the flowery language of the entire discussion felt a lot like an actual stage play.

One point I really enjoyed in particular was the back and forth between Kisaki and Kaguya! The first time around was more of a criticism of Kisaki’s authority, driven by mistrust and Kisaki’s subconscious lack of willingness in her position.
