#UN principle on permanent sovereignty of a state over its natural resources would obviously be violated by an agreement to give up 'half of Ukraine's minerals' to the USA. Unbelievable yet true that #Trump turned into #Putin overnight!

First post alert! Fun to contribute with my thoughts on sea-based space launches to @technologyreview.com article by Becky Ferreira. This raises fundamental questions for how (and if) we regulate novel activities affecting environment, especially by such actors as #SpaceX
The dream of offshore rocket launches is finally blasting off
Sea-based launches are hitting their stride. That could lead to a lot more space missions with a lot less red tape.
