Bluesky’s parent is not publicly traded. Not sure what this is – could be a fund that owns some fraction of Bluesky’s actual parent, or could be totally unrelated. Either way, this isn’t directly connected to the app and investing in it wouldn’t be an investment in the app. Proceed as you wish!
