Two races. Two countries. Two weeks. On April 19, I finished the Manx Mountain Marathon (50k) on the Isle of Man—my 30th ultramarathon finish. Just two weeks later, I lined up again at Bear Mountain in NY on May 3 and crossed the line in 49th place. Different trails, same gratitude for the journey

If you drink #coffee buckle up. Higher prices likely to come. If you think prices will fall either production needs to increase or demand needs to fall. Out of those 2 choices the hardest one to change is to grow more beans ☕️ and nobody is giving up coffee soon.
