the Supreme Court. they took the appeal and over the Thanksgiving weekend read the transcripts (did they really?) and ruled in favor of the gerrymandered map.
I am now saying it's going to be easy now for VA to redistrict to 10-1 Democrats w/o a public vote. Supremes dont' care now-OR

The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the TX GOP heavily gerrymandered map yesterday. The dissent was scathing-it's obvious, the conservatives (all of them) did NOT pay attention to the TRIAL held in the lower court. Just a partisan response-
