Get some compressed air and blow it out. It's probably dirty. All keyboards get disgusting. If you think it is just the key cap, steal one from another spot on your keyboard & see if it works properly. I just use these times as an excuse to get a new toy though honestly!

My 2 cents. Neither. Use Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection for speed (unless you have some generic freakishness) and source generate the registrations to save the large amounts of assembly scanning. Nice article though!
