Giraffe Mall in Irpin (see banner photo for russian destruction) reopened this weekend. So proud to have helped heroic Ukrainians get this reconstruction accomplished. Silpo (supermarket) is our lead tenant.

The iconic and now rebuilt Giraffe Mall (Irpin Ukraine), blasted to rubble by fucking russians in 2022, is just days away from reopening with an all-star cast of tenants led by Silpo. Proud to be a capital provider, but the real credit goes to my indominable and undefeatable Ukrainian partners.
