I had the misfortune of watching the "press conference" and am certain that Trump is more deranged than I feared. While JD looked happy (he hopes to take over soon), Rubio looked petrified. It could be the first time I have agreed with Rubio.

But are you comfortable that five justices on the Supreme Court will not engage in jurisprudential gymnastics to somehow support Trump's insanity?
