Yesterday went okay.

I got about two hours writing done... on a side project but that's better than nothing.

About half the weight bearing exercises that I want to do daily.

And a small amount of quality time with family. Today I'm forcing myself to do social media to advertise new book.

My Dad died a couple of months ago and its absolutely floored me.
The last two months I've written the least words since I started writing 4 and a half years ago which includes periods of full time employment.

Aim for today... Do stuff.

I read about authors not needing to edit because there first pass is clean.

Then I look at my efforts were most sentences are reviewed up to a dozen times and I feel envious and wish I had that ability

I don't.

English is a struggle but hopefully my dedication will make me a better writer.

Finally finished my re-write of Fate Points - Book 3 post Royal Road.

50 plus chapters, 150k words and over 100 plus hours. This was for a fiction that I thought was complete when I put on RR.
Anyway the edits made it better and that's what's important.

Third edit of the draft chapter and I discover the name of a character I literally haven't referenced for 300k words... My brain is weird sometimes

I hate pronouns. Try editing two pages where you've given a monster a gender of it and then realise it should be she / her

There's a plot twist that I've been aware of for months and there was a simple way to foreshadow it in a way that no one would get...

I'll go back and fix it for physical publishing... but damn it!
