Why bother letting me choose a default browser in Windows...
If you're just going to continuously try to ignore it when opening links in Teams, Visual Studio, etc?
I shouldn't have to change anything to use the default - that's what default means!

Imagine watching disaster movies like The Day After Tomorrow or 2012 and thinking that the apocalyptic weather scenes were the “unrealistic” part.
Turns out those scenes were almost bang on.
