Plqyed Greninja ex today at locals, first off I am lacking one Greninja ex in this picture, an order arrived too late for the tourney and I borrowed my only other deck away for someone, but here in the comments i will leave my review and how I find the deck

The deck I played in todays locals charity event (standard).
I went 1-1-1 which could have been a 1-2-0 if the time would have been longer.

I posted the last two picks so you can check with my other deck for the changes

My Gholdengo ex deck from the 9th december at my locals (expanded).

I went 2-1-0, was the only player without a draw in the last game but luck had other plans.

Personally I feel Gholdengo is pretty strong right now, I personally feel like there is only 1 or 2 decks actively stomping it.

Game 7 . . .
yeah, I would wanna tell you how I fought to get my 3rd and last win of the tournament, but my opponent dropped, so there was no battle. I really think this would be a difficult matchup where I had to take out the Ogerpon in one turn with both Dusknoirs and rely on Fezandipity

Game 6, Archaludon
Tough start, I did not get a Gholdengo out until turn 4, way too late to really come back from a 5-3 prize lead. had I gotten the Turo in my last turn, then the game would have been on, but I did not manage to dig enough.

Game 5 was Meowscarada + Tsareena
I again had turn 1, and I had gotten a full board thanks to my opponent only having 4 viable Base pokemon in Tatsugiri. The game was over turn 2 when I got my first Gholdengo out and had 5 energies at hand.

Game 4 against Ceruledge ex
I had turn 1, it´s a very heavy matchup cause 5 energies discarded means a Gholdengo goes down. This game would have been amazing to play had I not drawn like I did. I had not drawn anything useful all game and lost due to it.

Game 3 was against Iron Thorns
I got turn one, made quick work of the enemy board until they played Ogerpon Cornerstone ex, I got one low thanks to Dusknoir but before I coult eliminate it and win with the enemy not having more mons, they played another and Turo. I also prized my second Candy.

Game 2 was also against Terapagos ex.
This time I got turn one with a decent first turn board. My enemy did not get to see a single Terapagos, Pidgeot or Energy the entire game and so it was like playing against a wall. I felt very bad for this, but it´s a card game at the end of the day.

Game 1 was against Terapagos ex with Dusknoir
I did not have the first turn and it showed to be the advantage my opponent needed early by having their Dusknoir take out my Greninja. I then later made a misply due to lack of matchup experience.
Oppoentn gave me some pointers after the game, very nice

finished the tournament, in total I played 7 games, with a total of going 3-4, some were due to luck not favoring me, but others were simply my failures. I will go over each match in the comments.

Here is my deck list. Yes I did not run a Energy Search Pro cause I read too late that SSP was legal.

This is my first take on the Ceruledge ex that will soon be free on the standard format. the rough deck idea was taken from AzulGG on youtube, with small changes.

I played in my local game stores Pokémon TCG tournament today and went 3-0 to get 1st of 16 people.
This is the deck i piloted built around Gholdengo ex.
