It was! The pizza box has alternative sculpts for the Turtles, Kang, and Shredder. It also has minis for the sidekicks.

Even thought I do the teach each game night I lose farm more than I win. My wife wins so much more...and we know it's going to happen when she says "I don't understand this game."

I this pic everything is still in shrink. No lift at all after they were all punched and sorted. And I must say Lisboa has the worst insert of them all.
