For an indie game, community is the key. Get feedback from them, see what they want and also talk with them. Mostly we focus on the dev and design side of a game, but sometimes we get stuck to our point of view. Community is what we need.

Thx to Claude, i recoded all the system. Now we have
* Separation of Concerns
* Event-Driven Design
* Validation Layer
But have to fix this issues while implementing the changes 😭

<2 months until release, and I've decided to rip out and redesign the entire inventory system for Medieval Crafter: Blacksmith. 😅

Is it madness to refactor a core system this close to launch? Or is it always better to fix it before it's too late?
