Whew! I finished edits on HER IRISH PROTECTOR yesterday! It's now in the hands of my beta readers, so they can tell me all the bits and pieces that need to be tweaked before it reaches you.

Next up? Detailing the plot for HER IRISH KING, the final book in Fiona and Patrick's story!

Stepped out to run errands today, and the sun was *streaming* onto the freeport parking lot. I realized it's been days of overcast, rain, snow, etc.

Made a quick trip to New York -- shows, museums, and the inevitable shopping trip at Gallagher Samson. Spent *hours* in a car on Fifth Avenue -- congestion pricing didn't make a difference that day!

Now, I'm back home and editing HER IRISH PROTECTOR -- so much drama in Fiona and Patrick's story!

Whew! We're back from the Outer Banks -- what an amazing vacation!

It was cold and windy and desolate and gorgeous and I ate too much and read a ton and slept exactly the right amount.

Read a beautiful post else-web about "invisible" authors who don't make the very short lists of media's "read this!" (and who, often, are women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, etc.)

The point was raised that some authors don't mention their books.
