Yeah, there are some comedy/horror mashups that I've loved over the years. "Drag Me to Hell" was a great example. "Weapons" is fun but less cohesive for me.

I'll give it credit for a jump scare that had me actually leaping

Overall, I think I liked Weapons, but I have very mixed feelings

The humor was better and more original than the horror

Same. I was pretty far down the road to uncontrolled alcoholism during Covid, and Indiana-legal hemp THC products saved me from the brink. I'm so much happier and healthier now, and I don't even use the THC products very much!

I'm not reading anything from the NY Times, but that sounds like exactly the WRONG time to retire

Here in Fort Wayne, we had quite the snowstorm going on when I got out of my overnight shift at 4am. It lessened, but continued into the late morning, and left an inch or so of accumulation.

It's genuinely good, especially the music. And I am NOT the target audience! Give it a try!

I thought it was over-hyped, and didn't live up to expectations. But certainly not a bad movie, nor a waste of 2.5 hours.

Pancakes worked well for my kids. They get to stir the batter; I ask if it looks too thick or thin, then adjust; they're easy to flip in the pan with an adult hand assisting.

The original "Terminator" is a cyberpunk horror. Watch it (again), this movie is absolutely chilling.

Sure, but after floundering with the Jets for a few seasons, he can have a homecoming with the Colts and achieve one above-average season before the offensive line lets him get concussed out of the league

There could be a whole other movie about those characters, and it would rock

Whatever Mark Ruffalo was doing in Mickey 17. It's somehow even worse than Robert Pattinson's in the same movie!

(I thoroughly enjoyed Mickey 17 in spite of this)
