I am trying to carry on as best I can. I have a lot of plans this weekend which will be good for keeping my mind off things, but also kind of makes it so I can't take the time to process anything like I want or need. Double edged sword I guess.

I'm both in disbelief and not. I knew my current assignment's company was in the red pretty bad and I'd already been looking around bc of that, but I'm also in disbelief bc I was just in this position at the beginning of the year and being back in it again is frustrating to say the least.

I've already reached out to my recruiter at the temp agency I work with to see if she has leads on any other assignments I can be sent on, and I've also applied at a few things like Spirit Halloween just for something to hopefully hold me over til something else more permanent comes through.
