This is far more of a problem than NDIS recipients spending on incorrect supports (or "dole bludgers").
Let's focus on dodgy providers exploiting vulnerable people and ripping off the government, instead of individuals who make mistakes in very complex systems. For NDIS, Centrelink, aged care, etc
