My attempt at Southern food for tonight’s dinner—red beans and rice. Turned out a little saltier than I’d like but nothing I can’t fix tomorrow with the leftovers! 🍜🍽️

Chinese food for lunch today—mapo tofu with minced pork and stir fried long beans. Followed a recipe from Made with Lau for the tofu and it turned out great! 🍜

I’ve been growing rosemary for 3 years but didn’t get down to drying them to use as food until just yesterday. Used a dehydrator and started with only 4 small stems. Should’ve just gone with 50 🥲 #gardensky
