Almost there. Just the tree left (obviously need more lights). Here’s a ‘dec’ I’ve been putting up for 29 years & a couple of my fave fellas.

Right, beset with a bloody cold (with usual extra #LongCovid fatigue as a nice extra) but brave soldier that I am, here I go. See if I can beat my personal best.

Steffi, my wife, should be taking off from Manchester now. Off to Germany to visit her parents. She’s a little worried about the storm. Two of the kids at uni & the other one current AWOL leaves me & Peggy on our own. She looks relaxed. I will now commence being restless for a week.

Some pics I took, quite a while ago, of our amazing Morecambe Bay. The long awaited Eden Project (I’m sceptical) will not improve it.

Been a long old day (well, evening) finalising my dad’s probate accounts (he never mentioned I was his executor) &, after 14 months, we’re almost there. Very mixed feelings. Here’s a pic from our last trip out (with my boy Josh) just after Xmas 22.

Having a look. We’ll see. In the meantime here’s a bit of ‘Light up Lancaster’ from a couple of weeks ago.
