He's telling the absolute truth about a lie. It was never their intention to create 1000 GB Energy jobs in Scotland.
It was another callous, deliberate lie told to persuade as many Scots as possible to stay with the status quo. Like Superdevomax and the closest to federalism you can get.

What was voluntary about our entrance? There was political pressure via the Navigation acts and the Alien Act, there was economic pressure from effective blockade on trade from those, there was bribery of our politicians and there was military threat on our borders. Does that sound voluntary?

The SNP didn't build the Scottish Parliament building. That would be Labour. It was also the unionist parties that voted for Edinburgh's trams. The SNP were against it.
