Sabrent has a 4TB external SSD as an alternative to the OWC Envoy Ultra. I’m unsure if there are other storage options available as all I found was the 4TB model.

I switched roughly 5 years ago and never turned back. The performance is unmatched. Make sure to turn on autosave. While it doesn’t crash as often as Premiere, it does crash.
