Nature is the best medicine. Unless it is cat killing creatures, which he did today. Then nature is kinda brutal. But it’s still better than news.

Oceans are good for mental health. So are projects. I’m off fb today and it feels awesome. If not for Altoistes, I’d split. Bluesky seems so much nicer.
