This is sick. They were never going to go after just criminals. Non criminals are way easier targets. More protests now!! Going to be harder to sell troops being sent to US cities when there is an actual war happening.
This is the kind of excessive force case DOJ routinely prosecutes. They should open an investigation here, based on the misconduct not the victims status.
