This is awful .... sadly its virtually what was predicted -even worse is the fact that they will probably ignore any statistics that may reflect the outcome from this and try to make out they are linked to 'mental health conditions' 😪 NO SHIT SHERLOCK - BUT LOOK AT THE ROOT CAUSE !!!!

I wish you well Caroline - it takes time and understanding from those around you to feel whole again ... hopefully the book was a starting point - its certainly very powerful and brought me to tears many times already as the pages testify.
