It was back to the Barrowland Ballroom for me last night for some research. I saw Franz Ferdinand supported by Master Peace and had lovely chats with steward Adeela, house photographer Gareth Fraser and Jane and her daughter in the accessibility area. Stories, stories, stories!

I was lucky enough to see The Years at the theatre this week. Beautifully acted and directed and profoundly moving. Topping all of that, the star of the show: the words. What a stunning adaptation of Annie Ernaux's memoir. @fitzcarraldoeds.bsky.social fitzcarraldoeditions.com/books/the-ye...

This is the poem we created at our Langside Library workshop. We wrote one line each on a big piece of paper and then at the end of the workshop we read out what we'd written. I didn't curate the order - just look how it turned out! A fabulous workshop with talented participants. #library #Glasgow
