It’s so mad that I watch you, cold, with steamy glasses, sounding a bit sad by a noisy motorway and I am grateful for your wee improvised broadcast, and your sharing and feel lots of feelings like, ‘It’s so good to see Michael again’ and ‘someone give this lovely man a towel and a hot chocolate’

Interesting. I’ve got much better this year, collapsed a bit when my Mum died with all the caring then post death stuff but have rallied again now. Frightened of being over-confident! Use masks and nasal sprays in crowded spots. I know my limits - and they are more than before but can walk more now!
