Feds filed 2 fed. lawsuits in the NDOK against DA Carol Iski (for Okmulgee and McIntosh Counties) and against DA Matthew Ballard (for Rogers, Mayes, and Craig Counties) on the claim that State lacks criminal jurisdiction over Indians for crimes occurring in the Creek and Cherokee Reservations.
