I don't really post here very often, but this is ridiculously priced, along with the games. It's $699 for just the console in Australia with Mario Kart World retailing at $120.
This is a company that rarely ever innovates nowadays, and frankly, not a single game from any company deserves $120.

I can't even lie, the build to next Thursday with the previews coming out is getting me really excited. I've already heard early impressions saying it's really good, so I'm hoping Ubisoft cooked with Shadows.

Things I like about my least favourite AC games:
Syndicate: I really like Evie and I loved how alive the world felt.
Odyssey: Loved the setting, visuals were great, mythological creatures had cool designs.
Liberation: the concept of costume-based stealth.
Rogue: The focus on Templars.

The Witcher 4 won TGA for me, but these are the games I'm looking forward to the most.
Overall, a pretty good show tbh and a lot better than recent years. Also keeping an eye on Outer Worlds 2 and Crimson Desert.
