It's been a tough year, losing 4 senior pets. Then a few weeks ago, my 2 yr old pittie girl passed. I'm waiting patiently for this year to go the fuck away.

My beautiful boy passed last Thurs due to oral cancer. He was 16 and I had him since he was 10 or 12 weeks old. Today is Dia de Los Muertos for pets and he's already been with me in spirit.

Not sure why this cutie is still here. 100% Chinese Crested powderpuff. Larger but not terrible at 18lbs. Still a baby at 1 1/2 years

The DJIA dropped just under 7% in 2008 with the last crash. If I recall, controls were added to reduce automatic trading. I'd still call this, with the last few days, a crash. Thanks, tRump

Every year I expect my neighbor's tree to be on its last leg because weeping cherries don't last long enough around here to get this tall. I think it helps it's planted close to the house and protected.

And if you're in Ohio, I have a lovely foster, lab/cur mix, no little kids as she doesn't like unexpected running up into her face. She's spayed, just needs more activity than I can give her. I saw her being born 5 years ago, and fostered her as a pup.

Welp, another dog sent to the bridge today. She was my oldest and deteriorated steadily from this pic 6 months ago. A friend of mine who passed a few years ago was her favorite person, so now they're together again.

Baby girl a year ago, 4 months old and not adopted at the time even though her sisters were. She needed to come to me so a younger foster mom could take baby puppies. Aaaand she didn't leave. 😄

I had to let one of my dogs go yesterday. She'd been sick for quite awhile with CHF, on medications, and suddenly started retaining fluid in her abdomen. She'd been coughing for a long time. It's funny how you get so accustomed to sounds of illness that when they're gone it's so quiet.
