Someone once asked me “Who would you be if you let go of all the threads you are holding onto so tight?”.

Imperfect Perfection - Perfect Imperfection diptych dives into the theme of shame and perfection by studying bodily feelings and living spaces.

“Minne matka?”- sarjisratikan kyydissä matkustajat pääsevät osaksi Tampereen ainutlaatuista tarinaa. Leikkisät puhekuplat kertovat lukemattomista määränpäistä, jotka ratikalla voi saavuttaa. Sarjakuville tyypilliseen tapaan piirretyt efektit korostavat ratikan äänimaailmaa ja vauhdin huumaa. Teoksen tausta muodostuu käsin maalatusta värivirrasta, jonka herkullisten pastellisävyjen inspiraation lähteenä on toiminut Tampereen kesäinen katukuva. Ding ding, matkaan!
