The NY Times could redeem itself by simply publishing a list entitled “Today’s Trump Administration Lies.” No long fact checking or commentary, just a list of all the big and little, never ending bullshit they spew out 24/7 with a one sentence correction.

August 23: NY Times headline whitewashes extortion with “Corporate America’s Newest Activist Investor: Donald Trump” headline.

Imagine if Biden had done this. Rs would be on TV 24/7 calling him a traitor. Doesn’t matter if this is standard between countries in a shooting war… why are Democrats so bad at politics?

Exactly. Joe is a likable and decent person, but (unless he goes fully Dark Side, which would be great) I’m not really interested in watching him be sanctimonious for another season.

Which sounds great but she wanted to continue her research.

That’s true but many of those non-citizens would have stayed as post-docs or H-1B workers. Students are currently being “encouraged” to wrap up their research quickly. My daughter was supposed to continue her work until next summer. Now she’ll be getting her Ph. D in December.
