See this from the head of Scottish care which represents care providers. Scotland has an ageing population,the best care worker pay in UK(though still not enough)& can't recruit local workers,particularly in rural areas.

This is naive, partisan and damaging. We need an #immigration system which is based on sector and national need not one motivated by party political priority. This fails #socialcare and those who need support in #Scotland.
