As a recovering insomniac, for me, it was definitely better to just stay up. 1 hour isn't long enough to enter REM sleep for most people, you're basically just resting your eyes at that point.

Can I just say, I love that most of your characters have average body types. So many people draw their OCs with crazy body proportions (which is fine!) but I like that most of your characters are more realistically built. 🥰
