This semester, I am proud to say that I worked with the amazing team at Largemouth Communications. Throughout my internship, I gained hands-on experience writing drafts of social posts, media advisories, and blogs. Now that the fall semester and my internship has concluded. I will be updating this page with my contributions in future posts. I am very appreciative of everything that I have learned these past 4 months, and I am confident that the guidance and training that I have received will help me thrive in my future endeavors.

As a Parent Ally, I wrote this blog to share my experiences with student organizations and why I believe that they are important to the college experience. Throughout my time at NC State, I have been a member of multiple student organizations. As I approach my Senior year, not only has my involvement made an impact on my social life here at NC State, but my professional outcomes as well.

I am excited to announce that this summer, I have been interning at Eckel and Vaughn Strategic Communications. The experience and skills that I have gained from this opportunity have been invaluable thus far. I look forward to the rest of this journey at E&V, and I'm eager to see the work I can do here.

Today, I was elected VP of Member Relations of NC State's Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) for the 2025-2026 school year. I am very excited to expand the organization, and I am already hard at work on ideas for doing just that. Grateful is an understatement, and I will work to make my fellow members proud!

While I have been building my professional portfolio with my social media posts and writing samples. I think it's also important for students to showcase the fun projects that fall on our laps. When a very close friend asked for help with his athletic commitment announcement, I immediately opened Canva and began developing ideas. With his feedback and suggestions, this is what the final product became. In my opinion, side projects like these are perfect for showcasing your versatility and creativity alongside the other pieces on your portfolio.

In anticipation of the upcoming pantry bowl in collaboration with UNC Chappel Hill, I posted this reminder to get the families of NC State students excited about the amazing opportunity to give back. It’s that time of year again when the NC State Wolfpack and UNC Tarheels compete to donate the most to our campus food pantries. Over the last three years, nearly $450,000 has been raised to address food insecurity on our college campuses.
