Sadly, legal disputes meant that all references to Hasbro IP were removed from the cover and linear notes, but "The Platinum Album" from Vengaboys was composed to be the soundtrack to Monopoly.

It has blown their wee minds that they can just put a game up on @itch.io and that people will download it and play it. They are always making up tabletop games but this is the first they have put out their in the world. Honestly, among the top moments of fatherly pride.

I recently read an article that positioned Skinamarink as a sort of point'n'click game, with the viewer constantly scanning the screen for clues and keys to other scenes. That perspective really stays with me.

SAWDUST MECHANICS / PINNOCHIO ENGINEERS started as a script 10 years ago and we even shot some scenes and had props made up. This final iteration is grim, mischievious, devastating, and — of course — has marionettes. It will ʇsᴉʍʇ you up.

I am fascinated by quiet / ambient / shoegaze horror. That intersection of mood and insidious dread is really where my tastes lie so I'm really pleased to have something in this.
