Toward the end of the day we had a particularly rough diaper change & it put me over the edge. But then my son played quietly, happily & independently while I laid down nearby, like he knew that’s what I needed. I’m lucky to be his mom even if I feel like ÎD be a better mom if I wasn’t #disabled.

But the baby did really enjoy seeing other babies and being out of the house. And he’s not nearly as sick as I am (thanks breastmilk magic!) but harrumph harrumph harrumph!

All those “it’s just a cold- it won’t kill anyone so why would I stay home or wear a mask if I’m sick?” People can go jump in a lake- I’m miserable! No one likes having a cold!
