Downsides of the job this week: child protection concerns & a freezing school where I lost the feeling in my hands! Upsides of the job this week: sharing school visits with colleagues which is quite rare, but a joy & working with the loveliest SENCos.

I have noticed a role above assistant psychologist which is called ‘clinical associate in psychology’ for the clinical route. Wondering if this will happen eventually within educational psychology too. Thoughts? I can see some potential positives & negatives.
