It is just greenstuff. I’ve sculpted it with silicon sculpting tools and glued them on.

Thank you so much! Usually I paint in detail more but my focus was on horns and the tail with this piece so didn’t bother much. Speaking of details my favourite part was the little screen and tiny shining on it but 4 pic limit didnt allow me to upload it so I’ll just drop it here:)
