The Yale Budget Lab says that even if SCOTUS determines the IEEPA tariffs are illegal, the average US rate would still be ~9.5% - about half of the current rate - and the Sec 232 and 301 tariffs would remain. Wouldn’t he “only” need to refund half of the $200MM? So we’re still fucked?

Always voted the best D or R candidate for local, state & federal. Knew we needed bipartisan voices in the past.
The RNC is now dead.
I can’t trust to vote for any local, state, federal MAGA R candidates now.
