Invasive aspergillosis won this round, ding! My left lung hemorrhaged and I had resection surgery. Thanks to the ER docs & thoracic surgeon who worked a Saturday to save my life. Now for the MG walk!

I thought there were supposed to be country wide protests today? Are we being blacked out by the media??? I’m trying to crawl out the house with my ventilator but my sweet husband is all “you’re gonna die” and stuff. Kill joy. I made it 1/4 mile to the park a few months ago and didn’t die. P’shaw.

My dad can’t talk about my illness or say he loves me - he’s stoic as hell. But while I’m upstairs coughing up blood Thurs morning, downstairs valentines flowers were being delivered. From dad.
