Perhaps if you started referring to the staff as Paramedics or Emergency Care Practitioners it would elevate the public’s understanding of the crucial work they do and stop this madness!

Try and have fruit and vegetables around for easy snacking - no cooking and gives you vitamins that are so badly needed when stressed. Eggs are really good protein and easy to make as well as nuts - no cooking good protein & fats.

Try and stay away from fast foods if eating periodically.
