Someone please explain to me how do I know a person is a DEI hire?
Am I a DEI hire because I’m a woman? Are the people I see who aren’t white and men and women DEI hires? Are the people that have disabilities DEI hires? Are we just going to randomly guess now, like we are with immigrants?
