putting my watch on local time when I arrive at the airport or on the plane (already trying to get into arrival timezone), avoiding too much screen time on the plane, travelling with healthy snacks that make my body feel good, avoiding caffeine before flying / on the plane / after arrival

leaning into the early wake-ups and exercising first thing in the morning; melatonin in the days leading up to travel; using a wake-up light when I'm back home; planning my travel times so that I arrive close to sleep time (i.e. if I'm tired from travelling I can go to sleep)

Also: Doesn't take a genius to figure out that if you fire everyone you can cut costs by 25+% 🙃

The first time I tried knitting it didn't stick either and I quickly lost interest... For some reason, this time around it just sort of worked for me and I got really into it! I hope you find something that appeals to you ❤️

yeah, that's why I wish Humane hadn't flopped so hard — I think using AI in combination with voice commands is so much more powerful than typing, for starters.

I also wish we'd think of AI more as a janitor and less as a creative peer.
