As someone who takes calls for customer service for health insurance, it usually isn't even that complicated, at least with the one I work for. 95 times out of 100, it was billed weird and billing fixes it once I call. The others are Surprise Bills which have recourse in NY or really aren't covered

I listened to a CNN podcast about it last night and it took 10 minutes (out of a 20-minute episode) to acknowledge legit frustration w/health insurance and never referenced UHC's appalling record. Nor did it ever connect the dots between denied claims and CEO salary
