Make sure to rest! People say to keep moving to better your soreness but that's temporary, if you can't get more protein rest and sleep is best for repairing muscle tissue, I hope u feel better soon!

Ir ur body's sore it's likely u need protein! When you Exercise more than usual your muscles tear. Eating protein helps repair them! The feel better comes from endorphins, which are temporary but over time your body will handle bigger hikes!
