Not to defend Tesla. But I think the only explanation of this is their product safety only encompasses the safety of who pays Tesla and doesn't encompass those, who don't. Like VRU in this case.

2. If you look at the admission requirements at European universities, you will realize how much the US education is lagging. SAT/ACT requirements aren't even close.
