Notice of Public Outreach: West Grand Boulevard Streetscape Department of Neighborhoods District 5 Virtual Meeting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 6 PM Online https://cityofdetroit.zoom.us/j/9144778107 The City of Detroit in coordination with Henry Ford Health System will construct streetscape improvements along West Grand Boulevard from Cass Avenue to Rosa Parks Boulevard. The project includes the construction of landscaped medians, protected bike lanes, and enhanced crosswalks with ADA-compliant ramps near the Henry Ford Hospital Campus.
