New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT: a really good anime. It's great seeing an anime where they are experimenting with lots of animation styles, movie genre/tropes, etc. Overall I really liked it, but don't watch it if dumb sex jokes makes you uncomfortable

Koisuru Kiseichuu: This is a weird one because overall I really liked it and I would recommend it, but I despise the main character (Kousaka). The art style, story telling are really good and I will keep thinking about this manga for I while. Also Sanagi is the best and she deserves to be happy

The Summer Hikaru Died: It's really gay and I love it. The subtext isn't subtile but it isn't an issue at all. The pacing, the characters and the atmosphere are great. And the last episode was perfect with its mix of real images and animation... Anyway watch it, it's really good

Fantastic Mr. Fox: my second Wes Anderson after Asteroid CIty and I'm a huge fan of his style. The story was great, every character was endearing and the rythme was perfect. Also every scene is interesting, never boring or too long. Overall it's a really great movie

Aliens: I enjoyed watching it. Its thematic/criticisme are very obvious, but it doesn't feel artificially put there to please a certain audience. I also like the deconstruction of the myth of the unstoppable/quasi-divine Alien. Overall it is a great sequel to the 1st Alien

I finally started twin peaks yesterday and I love it (I only watched tow episodes of the first season). I really like how, in every stuff I saw from him, David Lynch plays with pressure and tension. He lets it build up over time and never truly released it

Gunm: I really liked the chara-design, the overall art style and aesthetic of this manga. The scenario was a bit too classic, and it talks about a lot of subject but doesn't go far enough with any of them. Overall it is a good manga and and a great classic

Foundation: I love it, it has lots of interesting plot points, abords a wide array of subjects and the visuals are really great. The only downside is that at the end of the s3 it becomes a bit repetitive, and I'm not that hyped for the next season

Alien: It was really good and it's the kind of horror I really love. It isn't overly gore, and most of the anxiety comes from the slow rhythm and the overall atmosphere. In conclusion it's a really good classic, with great design, and I get why lots of people love it

Memories of Emanon: It was beautiful and poetic. I really liked the archetype of Emanon, and I as someone who live through lots of existential anxiety I relate a bit with her. Also the art style is absolutely gorgeous. Overall I recommend it to everyone

City The Animation: So where do I start with this one… It was great, well animated, with lots of creative things. It's a spiritual successor of Nichijou, but also go beyond what Nichijou ever did. The only bad point is that the start is a bit slow, but overall it was really good

Redline: the scenario is kinda dumb, every character is an idiot, but this was fun to watch. They put all their budget an effort to give us great design with a flawless animation and lots of interesting ideas. Overall this movie is really good and I recommend it

Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE part 2: It was a great sequel, and in many way better than the previous part. Suika's arc was incredible and I hope they will keep that quality for the next season. And I really hope they will not go on the "mortality is bad" path, I'm sick of this trope

Grand Blue Dreaming Season 2: I'm not a huge fan of comedies, but I have a soft spot for this anime. The jokes are really dumb, the characters are idiots but in a way that makes them realistic and I got attached to their story. Overall it was a good sequel

Call of the night season 2: I was really hyped for it and it didn't disappoint. It was better than the 1st season, the scenery is still great and every character is endearing. Also I find a part of myself in Anko, a lot of her anguishes are also mine... Anyway, I love her so much

DAN DA DAN Season 2: It was at the same level as the 1st season, and thematically really similar. The animation was great without being exceptional and overall it was a great divertissement with some political undertone. It was good and I recommande it is you like the 1st season

Fruits Basket (season 1): It's a really cute and emotional show. The characters are endearing, there is a lot of exposition but it isn't annoying at anytime. The only "bad" part is the animation, it isn't bad but it's really standard and kinda boring. Overall it was really good

Lost In Translation: a really cute romance movie where 2 depressed characters fall in love. I really like the tension between the 2 main characters and the kinda tragic ending. Also some of the scenes where absolutely beautiful. Overall I really liked this movie

I have seen lots of people talking about it lately so I decided to watch it and it was really good. It's fun, really creative and nostalgic at the same time. Also it's great to a movie that doesn't take itself too seriously, we need more movie like it
