The Library of Congress has a volunteer program where folks can look at old letters and transcribe them. I thought it would be cool, but I couldn't read the old old cursive on the letters I was looking at and I just sort of dropped it. Lol. Anyway, it is super cool

I remember when travel shut down during early covid times. Emissions went way down. And yet it wasn't enough. People will not stop flying. I haven't flown since 2002.
